Error Message:

Causes:

  • Other programs, including memory-resident and anti-virus programs, are running and using any version of the file.
  • Clean the contents of system temp folder
  • Antivirus software may be blocking the proper registration of dll
  • The user performing the installation doesn’t have the required administrative privileges to perform the installation.

Solution 1:

  1. Click ok & Finish the installation.
  2. Later register the File Manually.
  • Click Start > Run > type cmd
  • type Regsvr32 D:\RelyonSoft\SaralTDSQ\RelReg05.dll
  • Click Enter to register.

Solution 2:

Log off current user and login as Administrator. Then try the installation.

Solution 3:

Clean the content of the System Temporary folder

Solution 4: Register Msvbvm60.dll

  • Click Start > Run > type cmd
  • type Regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\System32\Msvbvm60.dll
  • Click Enter to Un-register.
  • type Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\Msvbvm60.dll
  • Click Enter to register.

Solution 5:

Stop the process or application which is using that file and

  • Open Task Manager
  • Select RLMDNService07.exe process
  • Click End Process

Solution 6:

Temporarily disable anti-virus software to allow the proper registration of files.
