Error: 1304

Error writing to file: C:\Windows\system32\<FileName>.  Verify that you have access to that directory.

Snapshot:

Causes:

1. The user may not be having required permission to install the software.
2. The logged on user may not be an administrator.

Workaround 1:

Log on to computer as an administrator

Workaround 2:

• Navigate to “C:\Windows\System32\MSMAPI32.ocx”

• Right Click on the file

• Give full control permissions to “Everyone” account.
