Error:
Access to the registry key “HKLM\Software\Relyon Softech Ltd\Saral Office\Settings” is denied.
Error Message:
Causes:
- Logged on user may not be an administrator.
- You may not have sufficent permissions to read/write the system registry.
- Launch the application as “Run as administrator”.
- The path shown in the error message is not having Full control permission to modify the registry keys.
Solution 1: Give Full Control permission to the SYSTEM account & EVERYONE.
- Start > Run > regedit
- Navigate to the “HKLM\Software\Relyon Softech Ltd\Saral Office\Settings”
- Right click > Permissions > Give Full Control permission to the SYSTEM account & EVERYONE.
Solution 2:
Log off current user and login as administrator.
