Error:

C:\RelyonSoft\TaxOffice\sto-6001-to-7000.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

Error Message:

Causes:

1. File is incompletely downloaded.
2. File is corrupt, bad, or missing.
3. File is a virus, worm, or other malware file.

Solution 1:

Download the update properly from WebUpdate or from Relyon Website.

Solution 2: Clean system “temp” folder.

1. Start > Run > type temp
2. Click enter and try to remove all the files and folders from the temp folder.
3. Start > Run > type %temp%
4. Click enter and try to remove all the files and folders from the %temp% folder

Solution 3: Run the update as Administrator.

Log Off current user and login as an Administrator. Run the update as Administrator.

Solution 4: 

Copy the setup to your system directory/drive and run the setup.

Solution 5: 

Disable/pause the antivirus for a while and later run the setup.
