Workaround 1:

This problem occurs because of certain third-party programs and background programs that are running on the computer. Close all running Application and later try to install the Saral IncomeTax software.

Workaround 2:

Try to clean “%temp%” folder (Start Menu >> Run >> Type “%temp%”)

Workaround 3:

Repair .net framework [For Windows XP]

a.    Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.

b.    In the Currently installed programs list, click Microsoft .NET Framework, and then click Change/Remove.

c.    Click Repair, and then click Next.

Repair .net framework [For Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8]

a. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Programs and Features

b. Click “Turn Windows features on or off” and See Microsoft .Net Framework is listed

c. See if you can uninstall it and reinstall it by using the check box there.
