2. Disable Net Protector antivirus software
3. Disable Net protector shield.
4. Click Retry.

Workaround 2:

1. Before starting .NET framework installation disable or pause Symentac antivirus software.
2. Disable antivirus firewall and Click Retry.
3. Click Retry.
