Error:
Error 25015.Failed to install assembly ‘D:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\AspNetMMCExt.dll’ because of system error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process .

Causes:
Microsoft .NET Framework installation was unable to dump the required file to its path, this may be because of following reasons
- Net Protector ( NPAV ) shield , may be scanning the system folders.
- Any other application may be using the files.
Workaround 1:
Disable NPAV shield, and Retry.
Workaround 2:
Close all the running applications, and Retry.
Workaround 3:
Navigate to the displayed path in the error message, and rename the folder V2.0.5.727 to V2.0.5.727_old, and Retry.
