Causes:

The error is because of problem in OS including system32 corruptions, spyware attacks, invalid registry, low disk space, system32 error, outdated corrupt driver and damaged driver version.

Solution 1:

1. Open control panel, click Add\Remove Programs and uninstall the Microsoft .NET Framework.
2. Restart the system and Re-Install Microsoft NET Framework .

Solution 2:

Run Windows Registry cleaner utility (Ccleaner). It will remove all junk values of Windows registry. & Re-install the application.

Solution 3:

1. Open Command prompt.
2. Type CHKDSK /R and hit ENTER.
3. Enter letter Y and restart the machine.
4. Allow the machine to do the check disk scan.
5. Re-install the application.

Solution 4:

1. Open Command prompt.
2. Type sfc /scannow.
3. Re-install the application

Solution 5:

Sometime viruses infect the EXE files and once it affected with virus exe will no longer function. Scan the system for computer viruses with good Antivirus software.
