Causes:

• This error may be caused by NET Protector Antivirus.
• This error is caused by a problem with the Microsoft Script Runtime Library.

Workaround 1:

• Disable antivirus
• Disable NPAV shield [if installed]

Workaround 2:

Manually register the Microsoft Script Runtime Library by following these steps:

1. Click Start > Run.
2. Type CMD and click OK.
3. Type the following and press the Enter key:

                       regsvr32 “c:\windows\system32\scrrun.dll”

4.  Close out of the Command Prompt and restart the Application installation.
