Workaround 1:[For Windows XP]

Search “msstdfmt.dll” in “system32” folder and register it using regsvr32 command

Start > Click Run > type “regsvr32 msstdfmt.dll” and click Enter.

Workaround 1:[For Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8]

Click Start > type “cmd” and

Right click on “Command Prompt” and type “regsvr32 msstdfmt.dll”

Workaround 2:

Install msxml4.msi
