Error Message:

Causes:

  1. It is may be problem with corrupted .Net Framework.
  2. Application may not be installed properly Or might be corrupted.
  3. Logged on user may not be an Administrator.
  4. Relyon License Manager .Net service not working or might be stopped.

Workaround 1:

[For Windows XP]

Delete old configuration files from

“C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\CompanyName\appname

[For Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8]

Delete old configuration files from

c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CompanyName\appname

and c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\CompanyName\appname and then try to restart your application.

 

Workaround 2: Unregister and Re-register RelReg05.dll

  1. Open command prompt as Administrator
  2. type Regsvr32 /u “C:\RelyonSoft\SaralIncomeTax\RelReg05.dll”
  3. Click Enter to unregister.
  4. type Regsvr32 “C:\RelyonSoft\SaralIncomeTax\RelReg05.dll”
  5. Click enter to register it again.

Workaround 3: Delete LastFile1 entry from the registry

  1. Start > Run > type services.msc
  2. Navigate to HKCU\Software\Relyon Softech Ltd\<Saral_Accounts>\SETTINGS
  3. Open LastFile1 and Delete the entry.

Workaround 4:

Log Off current user and login as an Administrator.

Workaround 5:

Right-click on Saral Accounts shortcut > Properties > Click Advanced > Select  Checkbox for “Run as administrator” to run the program always as administrator.

Workaround 6: Configure Microsoft .NET framework [Applicable only for Windows Vista\7\8\Server 2003\Server 2008 operatings systems]

  1. Click Start ->Control Panel –>Programs and Features
  2. Turn Windows features on or off -> Select “Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1”
  3. Click OK and restart the system.

Workaround 7:

  1. Open control panel, click Add\Remove Programs and uninstall the .NET Framework.
  2. Re-Install the .NET Framework.

Workaround 8: 

  1. Run .NET Framework cleanup Utility to clean the .NET Framework components completely.
  2. Download: .NET Framework Cleanup tool
  3. Navigate to [C:\Windows] folder
  4. Rename folder assembly & Microsoft.NET to assemblyOld, Microsoft.NETOld
  5. Later Install Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 SP1. or Latest version.

Workaround 9: Re-install the application. [Before un-installation take backup of full application folder]

  1. Open control panel, click Add\Remove Programs and uninstall the application.
  2. Clean the application path.
  3. Re-Install the application And make sure that you are running the setup as Run as Administrator.

Workaround 10:

You must use “Turn Windows features on or off” in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1″

  1. Go to: start/control panel/programs and features
  2. On the top left you should see “Turn windows features on or off” click on that
  3. Find “Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1″ when the window opens
  4. Click the + sign next to it to expand it so you can now see:
    “Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation”
    “Windows Communication Foundation HTTP non-Activation”
  5. Make sure there is a tick in both boxes and select OK.
