Solution 1:

  • Clear this registry path
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Relyon Softech Ltd\<ApplicationName>\SETTINGS\ LASTFILE1

Solution 2:

  • Delete registry values – HKLM\Software\Relyon Softech Ltd\License manager\
  • Delete this folder – > C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Relyon_Softech_Ltd

Solution 3:

  • Check the Database type in Registry in this path.
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Relyon Softech Ltd\IncomeTax\SETTINGS\DBType
  • For MS Access backend data type – ACC97
  • For MS SQL backend data type – MSSQL2005

Solution 4:

It is problem in .Net Framework.

  • Un-install .NET Framework from Add\Remove Programs.
  • Run .NET Framework Cleanup utility to completely remove all the components (registry) of .NET Framework and
  • Later try Re-installing .NET Framework

  • It sounds like your .NET Framework installation is somehow corrupted, or somehow you have ended up with mismatched files between versions.
  • The application is looking in the DLL to run the procedure, but it is not finding it in the DLL because either the executable is wrong, or the DLL is wrong.
  • Go to control panel, click Add\Remove programs and completely remove .NET Framework from the computer.
  • Rename the folder “C:\WINDOWS\assembly” to “C:\WINDOWS\assembly_old”
  • Later try installing .Net Framework 2.0 SP1.
