Workaround 1:

  1. Copy the installation setup file to disk drive
  2. Install the software.

Workaround 2:

  1. Delete temporary files and folder from computer
  2. On the Windows taskbar, click Start , click Run . The Run dialog box opens.
  3. In the Open box, type %temp% and then press Enter .
  4. Click Edit , and then click Select All .
  5. Under File and Folder Tasks , click Delete the selected items .

Workaround 3:

Register the windows installer service

  1. Click Start , and then click Run . The Run dialog box opens.
  2. In the Open box, type msiexec / unreg , and then click OK .
  3. Click Start , and then click Run .
  4. In the Open box, type msiexec / regserver , and then click OK .
