Workaround 1:
- Copy the installation setup file to disk drive
- Install the software.
Workaround 2:
- Delete temporary files and folder from computer
- On the Windows taskbar, click Start , click Run . The Run dialog box opens.
- In the Open box, type %temp% and then press Enter .
- Click Edit , and then click Select All .
- Under File and Folder Tasks , click Delete the selected items .
Workaround 3:
Register the windows installer service

Click Start , and then click Run . The Run dialog box opens.

In the Open box, type msiexec / unreg , and then click OK .

Click Start , and then click Run .

In the Open box, type msiexec / regserver , and then click OK .
