The problem is related to permissions. It seems that you are trying to install setup through the msi file in the installer. It would be better if you install it through the exe file.

Solution 1:

  • Logon to machine using an administrator account.
  • Uninstall existing SaralTaxOffice (Control Panel | Uninstall Programs)
  • Install new SaralTaxOffice by launching the setup.exe file as an Administrator.
