Cause:

This is a permissions problem and you need to actually be the Admin to install the application and not just have Admin privileges.

Solution 1:

Run the setup as administrator.

Solution 2:

Login to the system as administrator and run the setup.

Solution 3:

a) Open command prompt as “Run as Administrator”

b) Type the command without quotes “msiexec /qb /I <Product.msi>”

c) Click Enter.
