Workaround 1:
Navigate to the path shown in the error message and right click the msi file & install.
Workaround 2:
The installer must be run as an administrator.
To run the installer as an administrator, right click the installer and select “Run as Administrator”.
Workaround 3:
The problem turned out to be a permissions problem on Windows 7, with Windows refusing to let the MSI installer save working files onto the C:\ drive without admin privileges.
