Workaround 1:

  1.  Open services.msc, double click on the Sql service, go to  Log on tab, as shown below

Select local system account, and restart the service.

Workaround 2:

  1.   Check Event viewer [go to run, type “eventvwr.msc”] look for logs related to SQL service, and follow accord ling.
