Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><strong>Snapshot<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Error-1053.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1061\" title=\"Error 1053\" src=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Error-1053.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"405\" height=\"106\" srcset=\"https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Error-1053.jpg 405w, https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Error-1053-300x78.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 405px) 100vw, 405px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Causes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relyon License Manager .Net service might be corrupted.<\/li>\n<li>It is may be problem with corrupted .Net Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Product application folder might be set as READ ONLY.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Solution 1:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Check whether application folder\/ path is set to readonly, if yes remove READ only and try by starting the service.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Check for the file &#8220;<strong>GetDiskSerial.dll<\/strong>&#8221; in Relyon License Service installed path, if not found copy and paste <strong>GetDiskSerial.dll<\/strong> from the application path of Relyon product.<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Solution 2:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Windows Registry Editor.<\/li>\n<li>Go to key :\n<ul>\n<li>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Wow6432Node\\Relyon Softech LTD\\License Manager (for 64 bit).<\/li>\n<li>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Relyon Softech LTD\\License Manager (for 32 bit).<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2431 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-2-300x213.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-2-300x213.jpg 300w, https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-2.jpg 637w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>In License Manager node we will find entry of Relyon Products, right click on each product and delete the entry, and try to restart Relyon License service.<\/li>\n<li>If service comes online without any error, open the respective application as run as admin and register it , and try restarting Relyon License service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2453\" src=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-1.jpg\" alt=\"error1053\" width=\"533\" height=\"346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-1.jpg 533w, https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/error1053-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Solution 3:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Open<strong> COMMAND PROMPT<\/strong> as administrator, then run the below command as applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #333333;\">Uninstall Relyon License Manager Service:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">C:\\WINDOWS\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v2.0.50727\\InstallUtil.exe \/u &#8220;C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\RelyonSoft\\RLMDNService09.exe&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #333333;\">Install Relyon License Manager Service:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">C:\\WINDOWS\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v2.0.50727\\InstallUtil.exe &#8220;C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\RelyonSoft\\RLMDNService09.exe&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Solution 4:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">NOTE: This Workaround is not applicable for windowsVista and above Operating system, as .NET Framework is inbuilt in OPERATING system.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>It is problem in .Net Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Un-install .NET Framework from Add\\Remove Programs<\/li>\n<li>Run .NET Framework Cleanup utility to completely remove all the components (registry) of .NET Framework and<\/li>\n<li>Rename the folder \u201cC:\\WINDOWS\\assembly\u201d to \u201cC:\\WINDOWS\\assembly_old\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Rename the folder \u201cC:\\WINDOWS\\Microsoft.NET\u201d to \u201cC:\\WINDOWS\\Microsoft.NET_old\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Later try Re-installing .NET Framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Error\u00a0 :\u00a0Could not start the Relyon License Manager .NET service on local computer.
