To do so, follow these steps.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Start, Click Run and type \u201cServices.msc\u201d (without quotes) and press Enter.<\/li>\n<li>Double-click Windows Installer.<\/li>\n<li>Set the Startup type of Windows Installer to Manual.<\/li>\n<li>Click Start to start the service.
