Causes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. It is may be problem with corrupted .Net Framework.<\/li>\n
  2. Application may not be installed properly\u00a0Or might be corrupted.<\/li>\n
  3. Logged on user may not be an Administrator.<\/li>\n
  4. Relyon License Manager .Net service not working or might be stopped.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Workaround 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    [For Windows XP]<\/p>\n

    Delete old configuration files from<\/p>\n

    \u201cC:\\Documents and Settings\\username<\/strong>\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\CompanyName\\appname<\/strong> <\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

    <\/strong>[For Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8]<\/p>\n

    Delete old configuration files from <\/strong><\/p>\n

    c:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Local\\<\/strong>CompanyName<\/strong>\\appname<\/strong><\/p>\n

    and c:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Roaming\\<\/strong>CompanyName<\/strong>\\appname<\/strong> and then try to restart your application.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Workaround 2:<\/strong> Unregister and Re-register RelReg05.dll<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Open command prompt as Administrator<\/li>\n
    2. type Regsvr32 \/u “C:\\RelyonSoft\\SaralIncomeTax\\RelReg05.dll”<\/li>\n
    3. Click Enter to unregister.<\/li>\n
    4. type Regsvr32 “C:\\RelyonSoft\\SaralIncomeTax\\RelReg05.dll”<\/li>\n
    5. Click enter to register it again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Workaround<\/strong> 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Delete LastFile1 entry from the registry<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Start > Run > type services.msc<\/li>\n
      2. Navigate to HKCU\\Software\\Relyon Softech Ltd\\<Saral_Accounts>\\SETTINGS<\/li>\n
      3. Open LastFile1 and\u00a0Delete the entry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Workaround<\/strong> 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        <\/strong>Log Off current user and login as an Administrator.<\/p>\n

        Workaround<\/strong> 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        <\/strong>Right-click on Saral Accounts shortcut > Properties > Click Advanced > Select \u00a0Checkbox for \u201cRun as administrator\u201d to run the program always as administrator.<\/p>\n

        Workaround<\/strong> 6:\u00a0<\/strong>Configure\u00a0Microsoft .NET framework [Applicable only for Windows Vista\\7\\8\\Server 2003\\Server 2008 operatings systems]<\/p>\n

        1. Click Start ->Control Panel –>Programs and Features<\/li>\n
        2. Turn Windows features on or off -> Select “Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1”<\/li>\n
        3. Click OK and restart the system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Workaround<\/strong> 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Open control panel, click Add\\Remove Programs and uninstall the .NET Framework.<\/li>\n
          2. Re-Install the .NET Framework.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Workaround<\/strong> 8:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Run .NET Framework cleanup Utility to clean the .NET Framework components completely.<\/li>\n
            2. Download: .NET Framework Cleanup tool<\/a><\/li>\n
            3. Navigate to [C:\\Windows] folder<\/li>\n
            4. Rename folder assembly & Microsoft.NET to assemblyOld, Microsoft.NETOld<\/li>\n
            5. Later Install Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 SP1. or Latest version.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Workaround<\/strong> 9:\u00a0<\/strong>Re-install the application. [Before un-installation take backup of full application folder]<\/p>\n

                \n
              1. Open control panel, click Add\\Remove Programs and uninstall the application.<\/li>\n
              2. Clean the application path.<\/li>\n
              3. Re-Install the application And make sure that you are running the setup as Run as Administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Workaround 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                You must use \u201cTurn Windows features on or off\u201d in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1\u2033<\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Go to: start\/control panel\/programs and features<\/li>\n
                2. On the top left you should see \u201cTurn windows features on or off\u201d click on that<\/li>\n
                3. Find \u201cMicrosoft .NET framework 3.5.1\u2033 when the window opens<\/li>\n
                4. Click the + sign next to it to expand it so you can now see:
                  \n\u201cWindows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation\u201d
                  \n\u201cWindows Communication Foundation HTTP non-Activation\u201d<\/li>\n
