We are sorry for the inconvenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Error Message:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-Error.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-836\" title=\"SA Error\" src=\"http:\/\/techsupport.relyonsoft.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-Error.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"490\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-Error.jpg 490w, https:\/\/relyonsoft.in\/techsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-Error-300x163.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>It is may be problem with corrupted .Net Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Application may not be installed properly\u00a0Or might be corrupted.<\/li>\n<li>Logged on user may not be an Administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Relyon License Manager .Net service not working or might be stopped.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Workaround 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[For Windows XP]<\/p>\n<p>Delete old configuration files from<\/p>\n<p>\u201cC:\\Documents and Settings\\<strong>username<\/strong>\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\<strong>CompanyName\\<strong>appname<\/strong> <\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>[For Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8]<\/p>\n<p>Delete old configuration files from <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>c:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Local\\<\/strong><strong>CompanyName<\/strong>\\<strong>appname<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>and <strong>c:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Roaming<strong>\\<\/strong><strong>CompanyName<\/strong>\\appname<\/strong> and then try to restart your application.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workaround 2:<\/strong> Unregister and Re-register RelReg05.dll<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open command prompt as Administrator<\/li>\n<li>type Regsvr32 \/u &#8220;C:\\RelyonSoft\\SaralIncomeTax\\RelReg05.dll&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click Enter to unregister.<\/li>\n<li>type Regsvr32 &#8220;C:\\RelyonSoft\\SaralIncomeTax\\RelReg05.dll&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click enter to register it again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong> 3:\u00a0<\/strong>Delete LastFile1 entry from the registry<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start &gt; Run &gt; type services.msc<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to HKCU\\Software\\Relyon Softech Ltd\\&lt;Saral_Accounts&gt;\\SETTINGS<\/li>\n<li>Open LastFile1 and\u00a0Delete the entry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong> 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Log Off current user and login as an Administrator.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong> 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Right-click on Saral Accounts shortcut &gt; Properties &gt; Click Advanced &gt; Select \u00a0Checkbox for \u201cRun as administrator\u201d to run the program always as administrator.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong> 6:\u00a0<\/strong>Configure\u00a0Microsoft .NET framework [Applicable only for Windows Vista\\7\\8\\Server 2003\\Server 2008 operatings systems]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Start -&gt;Control Panel &#8211;&gt;Programs and Features<\/li>\n<li>Turn Windows features on or off -&gt; Select &#8220;Microsoft .NET framework 3.5.1&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click OK and restart the system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong> 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open control panel, click Add\\Remove Programs and uninstall the .NET Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Re-Install the .NET Framework.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong> 8:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Run .NET Framework cleanup Utility to clean the .NET Framework components completely.<\/li>\n<li>Download: <a title=\"dotnetfx_cleanup_tool\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/b\/joy\/archive\/2008\/07\/22\/how-to-use-microsoft-net-framework-cleanup-utility.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">.NET Framework Cleanup tool<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Navigate to [C:\\Windows] folder<\/li>\n<li>Rename folder assembly &amp; Microsoft.NET to assemblyOld, Microsoft.NETOld<\/li>\n<li>Later Install Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 SP1. or Latest version.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong> 9:\u00a0<\/strong>Re-install the application. [Before un-installation take backup of full application folder]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open control panel, click Add\\Remove Programs and uninstall the application.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the application path.<\/li>\n<li>Re-Install the application And make sure that you are running the setup as Run as Administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Workaround 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must use \u201cTurn Windows features on or off\u201d in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1\u2033<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to: start\/control panel\/programs and features<\/li>\n<li>On the top left you should see \u201cTurn windows features on or off\u201d click on that<\/li>\n<li>Find \u201cMicrosoft .NET framework 3.5.1\u2033 when the window opens<\/li>\n<li>Click the + sign next to it to expand it so you can now see:<br \/>\n\u201cWindows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cWindows Communication Foundation HTTP non-Activation\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Make sure there is a tick in both boxes and select OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Error: Saral Accounts 2012 has encountered a problem and needs to close.
