Check if there is any pending installation(s)\/ \u00a0 \u00a0un-installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The IsUninst.exe executable may be running and is in use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You may not have administrative rights on the computer, or you may be logged on as a user who does not have administrative rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows Installer [msiexec] might be unregistered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>There may be some sort of virus scan going on in the background which is causing a conflict.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Installshield may not be able to create a log file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>There may be some other problem with the Windows Installer on your computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Log off current user and login as Administrator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pause or disable the antivirus temporarily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delete if any un-install process is running in task manager.<\/li>\n<li>Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete.<\/li>\n<li>Select Task Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Processes tab.<\/li>\n<li>Look for msiexec.exe or IsUninst.exe.<\/li>\n<li>Select and click End Process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure that no other applications (including anti-virus software), installations, or processes are running in the background.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Press \u201cCtrl+Alt+Delete\u201d &#8211; &gt;The Windows Task Manager appears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the Application tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Look for an entry related to a program installation. This might include words, such as \u201cmsiexec\u201d, &#8220;install,&#8221; &#8220;installer,&#8221; or &#8220;MSI.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If found, highlight the entry, and then click End Task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Try the installation again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delete IsUninst.exe file from \u201cC:\\Windows\u201d folder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to C:\\Windows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Locate IsUninst.exe and Delete it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If IsUninst.exe cannot be deleted because it is in use, reboot the machine and try again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start &gt; Run &gt; type regedit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to the below path<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cHKLM\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Installer\\InProgress\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Delete the below key.
