For MS Access backend &#8211; ACC97 and for MS SQL Server backend &#8211; MSSQL2005.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>.NET framework may not be enabled [This is appicable only for Windows Vista and higher version operating systems]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>RelReg05.dll component may be missing or may not be registered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>.Net Framework might be corrupted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Application might be corrupted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a01:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click start &gt; Run &gt; type regedit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to below path.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Check \u201cdbtype\u201d string value in this registry path.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Relyon Softech Ltd\\IncomeTax\\SETTINGS\\<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>For MS Access backend &#8211; ACC97 and for MS SQL Server backend &#8211; MSSQL2005<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a02:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click start &gt; Run &gt; type regedit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to below path.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Relyon Softech Ltd\\IncomeTax\\SETTINGS\\<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Open LastFile1 key from the registry &#8211; Delete the entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a03:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Right-click on Income Tax shortcut &gt; Properties &gt; Click &#8220;Advanced&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Select \u00a0Checkbox for \u201cRun as administrator\u201d to run the program always as administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a04:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open command prompt as Administrator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Regsvr32 \/u &#8220;C:\\RelyonSoft\\SaralIncomeTax\\RelReg05.dll&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Click Enter to Unregister<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Regsvr32 &#8220;C:\\RelyonSoft\\SaralIncomeTax\\RelReg05.dll&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Click Enter to register it again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a05:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Log Off current user and login as an Administrator.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a06:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Restart the Relyon license manager service in server system &#8211; In Service control panel check the status of the Relyon License Manager service.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click &gt; Start &gt; run<\/li>\n<li>Type services.msc<\/li>\n<li>Right click on Relyon License\u00a0Manager service<\/li>\n<li>Restart the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a07:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open control panel, click Add\\Remove Programs and uninstall the .NET Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Re-Install the .NET Framework.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\"><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a08:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Run .NET Framework cleanup tool Download: <a title=\"dotnetfx_cleanup_tool\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/b\/joy\/archive\/2008\/07\/22\/how-to-use-microsoft-net-framework-cleanup-utility.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to [C:\\Windows] folder and rename folder assembly &amp; Microsoft.NET to assemblyOld, Microsoft.NETOld<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Later Install Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 SP1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Workaround<\/strong>\u00a09:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open control panel, click Add\\Remove Programs and uninstall Saral IncomeTax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean the application path. [Take backup of Data &amp; License files]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Re-Install Saral IncomeTax\u00a0And make sure that you are running the setup as Run as Administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Workaround 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must use \u201cTurn Windows features on or off\u201d in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1\u2033<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to: start\/control panel\/programs and features<\/li>\n<li>On the top left you should see \u201cTurn windows features on or off\u201d click on that<\/li>\n<li>Find \u201cMicrosoft .NET framework 3.5.1\u2033 when the window opens<\/li>\n<li>Click the + sign next to it to expand it so you can now see:<br \/>\n\u201cWindows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cWindows Communication Foundation HTTP non-Activation\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Make sure there is a tick in both boxes and select OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Error: Saral IncomeTax has stopped working.
